I’m TJ, and I empower committed women over 40 to finish strong, physically, and mentally utilizing nutrition, movement and mindset.
Seeing a picture of myself at Christmas after feeling like crap for about two years was my turning point.
Weight gain, joint pain, muscle pain, mood swings, weakness in my body, low self worth, heightened anxiety, high level of agitation, depression, dissociation, lack of interest in things I used to enjoy, chronic fatigue, allergies, feelings of wanting my life to end – These are personal experiences I’ve overcome which have shaped my perspective and expertise.

I have successfully navigated and overcome many of the challenges I aim to teach about. For those areas where my experience is limited, I am actively enrolling in courses and engaging in studies to gain a comprehensive understanding.
This ongoing education allows me to assist individuals facing issues that are different from, and potentially more severe than, my own experiences. Additionally, it equips me to address conditions that fall outside my current knowledge base.
